Guatemala Trip

I'm home from my Guatemala trip and boy do I have a new perspective. We have so much. But are our families as close? Are we any happier? Probably not. My sponsored boy (through Compassion INternational) was so amazing. Gracious, humble, appreciative, funny. I miss him already. :) And his mom was pretty amazing too. I look forward to getting to know their family.

I have much to do and much to process over the next few weeks. The trip will be in vain if I don't put into practice the lessons God taught me. How could I have thought I was better off than the Guatemalan's? I look forward to learning more and more from these beautiful people.
